Privacy notice

Your shortlist, your verdicts, your filters, your plan selection and any profile you start building are written to your browser’s own storage on your device. They are not sent anywhere, which is also why they do not follow you to another phone or computer.

Clearing your browser’s site data for this domain deletes all of it. There is no copy for us to delete, because there was never a copy.

Nobody signs in. The app shows a fictional agent, “Rosalind Vega”, and the 232 agents you can search are invented by the app itself from a fixed starting number — the same 232 for every visitor. None of them is a real person, and none of the phone numbers can ring one.

If you type your own details into the profile builder, they stay in your browser’s storage on your device, as above. There is no server to receive them.

While this preview is under review, the app can record how you move through it — scrolling, taps, and where you hesitate — using Microsoft Clarity, so the design can be fixed.

You are asked once, and nothing is recorded unless you say yes. The recording tool is not loaded at all before you answer, so declining means no request to it is ever made. The app works identically either way, and your answer is remembered on your device.

Your name, phone number, email address, license number, brokerage, office and team name are hidden from any recording — the recording shows a blank block where you typed. Your profile photo is not hidden, because it is intended to be publicly visible on your profile.

Microsoft processes those recordings on our behalf. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

The map is drawn using background imagery from CARTO and OpenFreeMap, built on OpenStreetMap data. Loading a map means your browser requests image tiles from those services, and any web request reveals your IP address and browser to the service being asked. That is how maps work rather than a choice this app makes, and no information about you is sent along with the request.

The site runs on Vercel, which keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, the page requested, timestamp, browser — for a short period, as any web host does. This is what makes serving a page possible and is not used to build a profile of you.

There is no advertising on this site and no advertising or social tracking scripts in it. Nothing here is sold or shared with anyone for marketing, and there is no third party paying for access to it. Payments are not built yet; the pricing screens are non-functional placeholders and take no card details.

This app sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for the two things described above: the work you do in the app, and your recording answer. Both are readable only by this site and only on your own device.

To withdraw your recording consent, clear this site’s data in your browser — you will be asked again on your next visit. To ask anything about this notice, to ask what a recording of your session contains, or to ask for one to be deleted, email matt@imagine-sd.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information about you — to know what is held, to have it deleted, and not to have it sold. Nothing here is sold. For the rest, the email above is the way to ask, and there is very little to hold: no accounts, no database, and recordings only where someone agreed.

Vouch is not a live product. Everything on it is subject to change, including this notice, and no lawyer has reviewed this page. It is an honest description of what the software does today, written by reading the software. It will be reviewed properly before the app is opened beyond invited testers.
