I've worked in the San Diego, Riverside, and Orange county areas since 2015, doing about a 50/50 split of commercial and residential. As a retired Army Officer of 21 years, I'm very familiar with military clients. I do zero advertising and solely work by referral as I truly believe that's the best way to ensure my goals align with the client's goals.
I send outbound referrals a lot due to my military career. I know how important it is to have an agent with whom you can trust (which is why I created this app!). So I will do my level best to make you look like a rock star for referring your clients to me.

Matt was a great Realtor® and we would certainly work with him again. His #1 attribute by far is his responsiveness - he would almost always be reachable by email or text message within minutes, never longer than hours. Truly committed to his job and to his clients. He also had great knowledge of the legal processes associated with buying a home and the intricacies of choosing a property that meets the competing needs of a home search (budget, amenities, location, etc). We had a tough seller on the other half of the transaction who was already out of town, which made the negotiation process a little harder than usual, but I would certainly look to Matt if I ever move again or if my family or friends need a good Realtor®. He is sharp and ethical and works harder than most. He's also a military veteran, which is not only noble but also clearly gave him a talent for managing projects and stress. Thank you Matt for working so hard for us, we appreciate it!
Matthew S. is hands down the best Realtor® out there. He came highly recommended by close friends and I am thankful we took their advice and chose Matthew as our Realtor® when purchasing our house. Even though Matt’s office is in San Diego, he was able and willing to search for houses in Murrieta which is 70 miles north. Matt made the entire home-buying process as smooth as possible. There are a lot of requirements and random details when buying or selling a property, Matt took care of all these details. He clearly communicated everything and gave my wife and me all available options. He made my wife and me his #1 priority and went out of his way to take care of us. If I need to buy or sell a house in the future I will be reaching out to Matt, no question. I have already referred Matt to some close friends and they love him as well! He is an amazing Realtor® and also a great guy as well!
After working with several different Real Estate agents and not getting the results we hoped for, I was ready to give up until a co-worker suggested Matt. From the very beginning, I could tell he was the one to go with. He provided my wife and I with all the information we needed and stuck with us from start to finish. He also made himself available at all hours of the day and checked to see if I was satisfied with his answers. Matt is the man, if you need an agent, he is it!
Matt was my agent when I purchased the property and did a great job. When my situation changed, I called Matt to discuss my options, and he suggested I keep the property and rent it which says my best interest was his goal. I decided to sell and within one day, it was sold over the asking price. What else would you want?
